ABOUT LAURA

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has worked in the Albany area since 1999.  My services are directed to adolescents and adults, including couples. I have extensive experience counseling survivors of physical, sexual and emotional abuse; bereavement and in other mental health areas. I have also been trained in Past Life Regression therapy by the world renowned psychiatrist, Dr. Brian Weiss.

I believe that helping my clients overcome life’s hurdles to reach their fullest potential is best achieved through a partnership approach with my client.
